How It Started

I waited 2 months for a Flipper Zero module to come back in stock. Two months of checking websites daily, refreshing product pages, hoping to catch a restock notification.

I was tired of waiting. Looking around the community, I saw incredible software projects for the Flipper Zero - but no reliable source for the hardware to run them. Developers were creating brilliant firmware that required ESP32 boards, external radios, long-range antennas... but where could you actually buy this hardware?

Most sellers were perpetually out of stock. The ones with inventory shipped from overseas with 4-6 week delivery times. Quality was hit or miss. Support was nonexistent.

So I decided to build what I couldn't find: professional-grade Flipper Zero hardware, made in the US, with real support.

That was the beginning of rek5lab. I've now sold thousands of boards worldwide.
